Match the network before you deposit
A ticker is not a network. USDT on TRC-20 and USDT on ERC-20 are different rails. Operators credit only the network shown on their deposit screen. Send on the wrong one and funds can be lost.
- Open the operator deposit page and note the network label.
- Open the same network page here (for example USDT TRC-20).
- Send from a wallet address that supports that network.
