Convert crypto before you deposit
Operators accept a fixed set of coins and networks. If you hold the wrong asset or chain, convert first (exchange, swap, or bridge), then deposit. Each hop adds fee and failure risk. Starting from local fiat? Fund a wallet first, then convert to the rail the cashier lists.

Matching rules
- Same ticker is not enough: USDT on TRC-20 ≠ USDT on ERC-20.
- Bridges move value across families. Verify the destination address family before sending.
- After conversion, confirm the operator's deposit screen still lists that network.
